SHIPPING & RETURNS
Dlux Professional processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
- U.S. Orders are Shipped with USPS Priority Mail based on weight (1-2 Days Delivery Time)
$12 for 0-2 lb
$15 for 2-4 lb
$20 for 4.01-6 lb
$26 for 6.01-8 lb
U.S. Orders are Shipped with USPS Priority Mail based on weight (5-7 Days Delivery Time)
$4.5 for 0-2 lb

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:
- We are not responsible for any additional customs chargers or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs chargers and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser
- If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and chargers, please speak to your local post office for more information,
- If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
- Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS will have the most current information regarding your package.
In the unlikely event an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock and you will be refunded for that item.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns beyond your control, please notify us via email (email@example.com) within 10 business days. Items need to be returned within 14 business days of receipt.
We cannot accept returns on any opened packaging due to sanitation & health regulations.
There are NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS on open adhesive.
Orders over 14 days old are non-returnable. We are not responsible for covering shipping costs. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Returns due to Customer Error: If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, new shipping fees apply. This includes mistakes in the product(s) selected.
